Can You Ship Bottles to Me?

Through our partnership with Quick Courier Service (QCS), a Class-A Transport for Hire company, Mellow Mink can now have our bottles delivered directly to most Pennsylvania residents.  QCS offers delivery to over 1600 PA Zip Codes.  To see if we offer shipping to your zip code, click here.

How Does Bottle Ordering and Delivery Work?

When you place an order for bottles on our website, our shop will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your zip code and the number of bottles you are ordering.  When ordering bottles, orders up to 3 bottles, up to 6 bottles, and up to 12 bottles will each have their own shipping costs.  Orders placed for bottles each week will be packed the following Monday, provided to QCS the next day (Tuesday), and be delivered Wednesday through Friday that week.  QCS will contact you at the phone number or email that you provide to arrange for a delivery date and time-frame.  Someone 21 or older, with proper proof-of-age identification, must be present during at the time of delivery to sign for your bottles. 

Can I Pay for Gift Cards Online and Pick Them Up At The Taproom?

Yes!  When you place an order for one or more gift cards, you will have the option to either have your gift card(s) held at the taproom for pickup, or have them delivered to you for a flat rate fee of $2 (US Residents Only).

Can You Hold Bottles or Other Merchandise for Me to Pickup?

Unfortunately due to space limitations, we cannot offer to hold bottles or other merchandise at the taproom for pickup for most online orders.  If you would like to request this for a large order or special situation, please e-mail us so we can discuss your request.

Why Does My Cart Show Multiple Shipping Charges?

Because we offer several different types of items that must be shipped / delivered separately, some orders will incur multiple shipping charges. Currently, the following types of orders will incur their own separate shipping charges:


  • Bottles (Delivered only within Pennsylvania by Quick Courier Service)
  • Tee Shirts (Made to Order and Shipped Directly from our Direct-to-Garment Printing Partner)
  • Taproom Merchandise, including Glassware, Growlers, Stickers, and Hats (These items can be packed together and will be shipped via UPS)
  • Gift Cards (Can be held at the taproom at no-charge or shipped for a flat rate of $2 within the United States)
Do I Need to Place Separate Orders for Different Types of Products?

Our online shop is designed to be able to take orders and calculate the real-time shipping costs for Bottles, Taproom Merchandise, and Gift cards in a single transaction.  Currently, the only items that have to be ordered as a separate transaction are made-to-order tee-shirts or other apparel.

What is Your Return / Refund Policy?

As a small, independent business, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  If any item ever arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.  If you are unhappy with your merchandise for any reason, we will provide a return shipping label and fully refund your order.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns on bottle sales (unless bottles are damaged during delivery).

Is Your Online Shop Secure? Do You Store My Credit Card Data?

All data provided and transactions placed through our online shop is secured by industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption.  Additionally, when you checkout through our shop, your financial data will be securely handled by STRIPE or PAYPAL (depending on which you choose).  The credit card information you provide is used only to complete your purchase, and is NOT stored on our servers.
