One of the focal points of the Mellow Mink Tasting Room is our oak barrel wall. In addition to its aesthetics, this cooperage is the functional heart of the Mellow Mink Bottle Program. All of Mellow Mink’s bottled beers are blended from our oak barrels and naturally bottle conditioned. Each bottle release is a unique blend that marries the time and terroir of individual barrels with the art and science of blending.
We have partnered with Quick Courier Service, a Class-A Transport for Hire Company to deliver our bottles to most Pennsylvania addresses. You must be 21 or older to order and must be present with valid ID at time of delivery. For a list of PA Zip Codes eligible for delivery, click here.
