The Mellow Mink is a great craft brewery and taproom located at 4830 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pa. “The MInk” specializes in sour ales but offers other styles of beer as well. They’ve just added a new beer called Haze Hammock, a smooth New England style IPA. The Mellow Mink is a BYOF establishment (bring your own food).
